This is a great shame, as I know how hungry we all are for news of the latest kit! Online usenet groups are one source of such information, but all too often such reviews are based on quick looks and hearsay without rigorous or reproducible test criteria.

Since 1994 I've contributed appraisals of over 100 products to astronomy magazines on both sides of the Atlantic.
