Returns Policy:
If your instrument does not arrive in an acceptable condition and you inform us
immediately, we will arrange to collect it and rectify the problem. All items to
be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original shipping container.

Instruments are charged at prices shown on this page on the date the customer
places the order and are exclusive of VAT (17.5% VAT is applicable to U.K.
